If you're sick and tired of being sick and tired then Living Well Workshops can help! Please join us Sunday, February 26, after each service for an informational session on a FREE six-week program, held here at St. Matthew's, and developed by Stanford University. This self-management program will teach you ways to cope daily with challenges related to your chronic condition. Please sign up TODAY to donate blood tomorrow, Monday, February 6, 2-7 p.m. in Saints Hall. The Red Cross has already committed 45 units of blood to local hospitals from the drive here at St. Matthew's. It is imperative that we meet our goal of 45 units. If you haven't signed up and are able to donate- or know someone who is- please make every effort to attend- lives are dependent upon your help! V Volunteer at Cornerstone. Help St. Matthew's volunteers feed the mothers and children of Cornerstone by providing a food item for the meal that we prepare for Tuesday, February 7. We welcome volunteers to help baby sit the children while the mothers meet from 6:15-7:30 p.m. Sign up on the bulletin board to help with either. Questions?
