Hospitality Ministries
Hospitality opportunities are numerous. We join together to host receptions to celebrate members of the parish, and for major events such as the St. Matthew’s Day Picnic and the Summer Band Concert. Listed below are a few of those opportunities.
Bread for Newcomers	Bread for Newcomers Ministry bakes/delivers a loaf of bread to first time visitors.
Cookie Jar	The Cookie Jar Ministry keeps a supply of homemade cookies and bars available for receptions and events.
Cooks and Bottlewashers	The Cooks and Bottlewashers support events such as The Annual Luncheon, The Agape Dinner during Holy Week, The Parish Breakfast and our Thanksgiving Dinner. There is always a need for people who enjoy helping with set up, cooking and clean up. Ask to have your name added to the e-mail list to learn when help is needed.
Extended Welcome	Extended Welcome Ministry focuses on meeting and orienting newcomers and visitors.
Funeral Visitation Team	The Funeral Visitation Ministry assists parishioners who choose to have visitation at the church
Greeters	Greeters welcome and assist people coming to Sunday services.
Kitchen Ministry	The Kitchen Ministry organizes and makes sure the kitchen is ready for groups to use.
Sunday Coffee Hour	Sunday Morning Coffee is served by men in the parish.
