let it be our care and delight to prepare ourselves
to hear again the message of the Angels,
and in heart and mind to go even unto Bethlehem,
to see the Babe lying in the manger.

New Year’s Eve Service

December 31 falls on a Wednesday this year and we mark the occasion with a New Year’s Eve liturgy at 5:00 p.m. that is both meaningful and joyful.
We will celebrate the Eucharist with particular prayers for the ending of the old year and the beginning of the new.

A reception with champagne to toast the New Year will follow. If you plan to spend a quiet New Year’s at home, this is a good way to celebrate with friends and fellow parishioners first; if you are going out to a party, this is also a perfect way to begin your evening.
